Odoo Developer, ERP Engineer (middle)

We are a manufacturing company actively systematizing and automating business processes through Odoo, and we are looking for a middle-level Odoo developer to help develop and improve the company's ERP system.

• development and improvement of Odoo modules
• creation of individual custom modules for the company's business processes
• quick analysis and fixing of system errors
• support and optimization of existing code
• setup of business logic between modules
• creation of reports and automation for different departments
• participation in improving and scaling the company's ERP architecture
• analysis of the impact of changes in one module on other modules of the system
• interaction with sales, procurement, production, logistics, and finance teams

• deep understanding of Odoo architecture
• ability to read and quickly analyze someone else's code
• experience in creating custom modules
• understanding of relationships between ERP system modules
• understanding how changes in one process affect other business processes
• systemic thinking and ownership mindset
• 3 years of experience as a developer with Odoo
• understanding of ERP logic
• ability to work not only as a developer but also as a business analyst of processes
• proactivity and results-oriented
• Upper Intermediate English
