Manual QA Engineer (Ukraine)

Flosum is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to test new features, perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing, and maintain QA documentation. The role requires experience with Salesforce and strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle.

• Test new features and verify bug fixes
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other QA documentation
• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios before development is completed
• Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman
• Verify data using SQL
• Reproduce reported issues and work with developers to investigate root causes
• Participate in refinement sessions, and release testing
• Help improve our testing processes and increase overall test coverage

• 2+ years of experience in Manual QA
• Experience testing web applications
• Experience with Salesforce
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques
• Experience creating test documentation from scratch
• Experience working with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools)
• Familiarity with browser DevTools
• Experience testing REST APIs
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with DB Testing (Postgres, MySQL)
• Experience with CI/CD products
• Basic understanding of Git
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• English level sufficient for daily communication
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications
• Basic knowledge of automation testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
