Financial Analyst
About the Position
Financial Analyst role for an international business group operating across Crypto, Web3, FinTech, Mobile Products, iGaming, and SaaS. The analyst will turn financial data into actionable insights and support business decision-making for a flagship FinTech/Crypto product.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, and key business metrics.
- Monitor actual results vs. budget/forecast and investigate variances.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Improve financial reporting and analytical processes.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Product, and other teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improving financial efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc financial and business projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience working with financial data and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Experience with BI tools and SQL will be a plus.
- Experience in FinTech, Crypto, Web3, SaaS, or iGaming is an advantage.
