About the Position

Wildix is a global UCaaS company seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the AI Agents team. The role involves end-to-end design of AI features, maintaining the Figma design system, and conducting user research. The company is remote-first and offers a supportive international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the end-to-end design process for new AI features, from initial concept and research through prototyping to final UI;
  • Creating low-fidelity wireframes to visualize basic structure and functionality and converting them into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes;
  • Building rapid prototypes, MVPs, and proofs of concept to validate ideas quickly;
  • Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and changing requirements;
  • Maintaining and improving the design system on Figma;
  • Ensuring designs are responsive and adaptable across devices;
  • Conducting user interviews and surveys to understand user needs and pain points;
  • Providing design reviews for developers;
  • Contributing to design documentation, playbooks, and best practices;
  • Researching competitors and market trends to inform the strategic direction of our AI Agents and UCaaS features;

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably within SaaS companies.
  • Strong UI design skills with an exceptional eye for visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, and interaction details, demonstrated through a high-quality portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability to deeply understand user needs by integrating both qualitative and quantitative user research into the design process.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and scaling Design Systems in Figma.
  • Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, rapid prototypes, and MVPs.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and validating hypotheses before development.
  • Autonomy and leadership: ability to independently lead tasks from value analysis and discovery through post-release validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with developers, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers.
  • Must-have: daily user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar, who enjoys experimenting with new AI tools and workflows.
