IT Project Manager (SAP S/4 HANA & Salesforce Rollout)

IT Project Manager to lead the rollout of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce across global sites as part of a business transformation program at Vaillant Group.

• Lead the IT delivery from rollout preparation to successful go-live
• Implement SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce across global Sales & Service sites based on a centrally integrated template
• Present innovative processes and functionalities to business units, identify gaps, and guide the team to a successful GoLive
• Identify required resources and coordinate with expert teams to ensure smooth execution
• Plan data migration in close collaboration with process teams
• Collaborate with parallel rollout teams, internal consultants, and external implementation partners
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as program and change management, and report directly to program leadership

• Completed degree in economics, engineering, computer science or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in managing complex IT implementation projects or key role in at least two to three rollout projects
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or SAP S/4 ERP
• Ideally certified in project management (e.g. Prince2, PMI)
• Experience in working with international teams and external implementation partners is a plus
• Open and trustworthy nature, strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and hands-on mentality
• Confident communication in English, both written and spoken
