Technical Product Owner - Privacy & Consent Management (OneTrust)

HEINEKEN is seeking a Technical Product Owner to own the global consent and privacy technology landscape, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations while enabling digital consumer experiences. The role involves managing the OneTrust platform and integrating consent into various digital products.

• Owns HEINEKEN's global consent and privacy technology landscape, ensuring consumer data is collected, processed and activated in compliance with global privacy regulations while enabling seamless digital consumer experiences.
• Own the roadmap for OneTrust capabilities globally.
• Ensure privacy capabilities are embedded into all Digital Consumer Engagement products.
• Lead implementation of global standards for Consent, Cookie Management, Data Retention, Preference Management.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to integrate consent into CDP, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Platforms, Consumer Identity, Analytics.
• Translate changing privacy regulations into technical capabilities.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Technical Product Owner
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Background as a Software Engineer, Technical Architect or Systems Lead
• Proven track record of delivering impactful digital solutions within a global, matrixed organization
• Proven experience transitioning from a BA or Senior Technical role into a leadership/ownership position
• Understands privacy technology rather than legal policy
• Has implemented OneTrust
• Understands GDPR
• Understands consent architecture
• Has API integration experience
• Enjoys governance and platform thinking
• Balances compliance with user experience
