(Senior) Software Developer Backend / Python

We are looking for a senior backend developer to work on our SaaS application using Django and other microservices, with a focus on AI-assisted development tools. You will be part of an agile team and help drive our AI-first culture.

• Develop features and improvements for the backend of our SaaS application in Django/Django REST Framework and work on other microservices (including FastAPI), using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Coordinate with colleagues in the backend team and stakeholders (product management, frontend development, UX, sales, etc.).
• Actively drive our AI-first development culture: explore new tools, share best practices, integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Support technical documentation of the product.
• Conduct AI-assisted code reviews, assist in using AI tools in daily development, and support ticket distribution and development steering.

• Completed degree in computer science or related field, or completed training as an IT specialist for application development.
• At least 3 years of relevant full-time professional experience.
• Several years of experience with Python and backend development with Django/Django REST Framework; experience with other frameworks like FastAPI is a plus.
• Proficient in designing and developing REST APIs and working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and ORM-based data modeling.
• Experienced with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar) and able to critically evaluate their output.
