Technical Lead

We operate as an e-commerce platform with a specialized range of millions of products. We are looking for a Technical Lead for our IT department to design and evolve web system architectures.

• Formulate and implement technical strategy and architectural vision of the product
• Design a reliable, scalable, and maintainable system architecture
• Make key architectural and technological decisions
• Control the entire development lifecycle: from idea to production
• Ensure code quality, stability, performance, and security
• Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and specifications
• Participate in hands-on development when appropriate
• Build effective monitoring, logging, and error handling processes
• Forecast technical risks, debts, and proactively offer solutions

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Practical experience in designing and evolving web system architectures
• Deep knowledge of PHP and frameworks Laravel/Symfony/Yii
• Excellent understanding of OOP, SOLID, GRASP, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal/DDM approaches
• Experience in making architectural decisions: choosing patterns, technologies, compromises between speed, cost, and scalability
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL): schema design, complex query optimization, indexes, transactions, migrations
• Practical experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or equivalents)
• Experience in technical leadership: mentoring, code reviews, technical solutions for the team
• Experience in planning technical roadmaps, task assessments, defining technical priorities
• Understanding and practical experience with infrastructure (Dedicated and Cloud environments)
