Senior DevOps

We are working as an e-commerce, having a specialized platform with a multimillion product range. Today, dok.ua is the largest online store of spare parts and auto goods in Ukraine. We have been successfully working for over 10 years to create the best service for customers and improve it.

• Support stable operation of production infrastructure 24/7
• Scale the infrastructure to meet the growth load
• Improve database replication mechanisms
• Ensure fault tolerance and high availability of the infrastructure
• Support the development, testing, and integration process
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate deployment and administration processes
• Monitor, log, alert, and respond to incidents
• Optimize server, service, and database performance
• Control data backup and recovery
• Ensure infrastructure security and access control
• Optimize infrastructure costs
• Interact with development teams regarding architectural and infrastructure solutions
• Document infrastructure, processes, and standards
• Participate in planning the technical development of the company.

• Experience as a DevOps engineer / SRE / Infrastructure engineer for at least 3 years
• Experience in administering Linux servers (Ubuntu / Debian / AlmaLinux / CentOS)
• Hetzner dedicated servers
• CloudFlare (DNS, CDN, WAF, Tunnel, Zero Trust, Load Balancing)
• Experience building CI/CD processes
• TeamCity / Jenkins
• Terraform / Ansible
• Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience with DBMS (MySQL / Percona Server) - configuration, optimization, replication, clustering, backup / restore
• Experience with Redis
• Understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL/TLS, VPN, NAT, Load Balancing)
• Nginx / HAProxy / Traefik
• Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Zabbix, ELK / OpenSearch
• Logging, monitoring, alerting, building observability processes
• Experience with highload projects
• Understanding of security principles of infrastructure (IAM, firewall, secrets management, least privilege access)
• Experience automating routine processes through Bash / Python / Go is a plus
• Experience performance tuning servers, networks, databases
