Senior Software Engineer

Stroop Digital is building a fairer hiring platform. They need a senior full-stack engineer to rebuild their prototype into a scalable B2B2C platform with AI and gamification. The role is equity-led and remote.

• Rebuild the current prototype as a secure, scalable live product.
• Create multi-tenant and white-label client environments.
• Give hiring managers a simple self-service experience.
• Introduce AI pathway creation, coaching, feedback and reporting.
• Build healthy gamification that makes progress motivating and visible.
• Prepare the platform for corporate requirements, integrations, SSO and APIs.

• Product-minded full-stack engineer who can move from vision to working software.
• Comfortable building SaaS products, working with AI and agentic tooling.
• Ability to make architectural decisions.
• Experience creating excellent experiences for both talent and non-technical hiring managers.
