Bid Manager

Bid Manager position for a remote contractor role in Poland with ITFS. Responsibilities include preparing offers, responding to RFIs, managing procurement documentation, and developing pricing strategies.

• Preparation of offers and responses to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs)
• Coordination with internal departments to gather necessary information
• Managing procurement documentation and developing pricing strategies
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing bids and tenders
• Experience in the IT sector with knowledge of industry trends
• Understanding of procurement processes and contract terms
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (C1 level minimum)
