Software Developer (f/m/d) C# / .NET

Anton Paar OptoTec GmbH is a subsidiary of Anton Paar, producing high-precision measuring instruments. They seek a software developer to work on embedded and desktop software for optical measuring devices, from conception to series production.

• Work independently on the development of new embedded and desktop software releases for measuring devices
• Develop the technical design and implement it across all layers—from UI via Service Layer to Backend, integrating device drivers and persistence
• Contribute to sustainable architecture and design improvements
• Participate in code reviews and tech talks to continuously improve team technical level

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or natural science field
• 2–3 years of experience in C# / .NET software development
• Experience as full-stack software developer
• Familiarity with WPF, HTML, or other UI development frameworks
• High quality standards, analytical thinking, strong technical understanding
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines and sites
• German and English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel to other locations in Germany and Austria
