Senior Go Backend Developer (f/m/d)

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, serving over 770 million users annually through its Playtime Arcade rewarded advertising platform. The Dashboards team is responsible for building campaign management APIs, analytics engines, and high-throughput tools using Go, Kafka, and Druid to process and render real-time analytics across 50+ million daily events. The role focuses on developing backend services at scale, supporting partners with data APIs, and collaborating with a frontend team using TypeScript and React.

• Build and maintain campaign management APIs and analytics engines
• Process and render real-time analytics across 50M+ daily events using Go, Kafka, and Druid
• Support partners by providing raw or aggregated data through well-documented open APIs
• Collaborate with frontend team using TypeScript and React for high-performance dashboards
• Optimize and profile Go applications for high-traffic systems handling 100M+ requests per day
• Design and operate microservice architectures with event buses like Kafka and SQS/SNS

• 5+ years in software development with 3+ years building production Go services
• Experience with high-traffic systems handling 100M+ requests per day
• Proficiency in Go, Kafka, SQS/SNS for distributed systems
• Experience with columnar databases like Druid and relational databases like MySQL
• Ability to optimize queries for few-millisecond response times
• Partner-facing data ownership experience with API design
• Infrastructure fluency with Terraform, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus
• Columnar database experience is a strong plus
