Machine Learning Specialist

We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to join the Data Science team developing AI-driven solutions for retail and restaurant industry. The role involves designing, implementing, and enhancing business intelligence systems.

• Research, design and develop applications based on LLMs and VLMs
• Optimize processing pipelines (logic, models) for improved speed and accuracy
• Monitor and maintain solutions based on AI models, including validation of production results

• Higher education in IT, mathematics, or engineering
• 5y+ experience in commercial project development with machine learning techniques, including experimentation, production deployment, and maintenance
• 1y+ experience in developing and maintaining production Large Language Models - based systems (Ollama, OpenAI, Google AI)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices
• Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, sklearn, Numpy, Pydantic, LangChain, LangGraph), with experience in Snowflake (Cortex), Langfuse, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
• English language proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team
