Trainee, Junior Marketing Manager

Devico is an IT outsourcing company seeking a Trainee/Junior Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives, create content, conduct market research, and learn B2B marketing in the IT industry.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Help manage the company's social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, website content, and other promotional materials
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and help prepare reports with key insights
• Collaborate with different teams to support marketing initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team when needed
• Learn marketing tools and best practices with the guidance of experienced colleagues

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (written)
• Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and propose new ideas
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to manage several tasks and prioritize effectively
• Analytical thinking and an interest in working with data
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
