fullstack lead developer - Digitaal Politie Contact

The Dutch police is looking for a fullstack lead developer to join their DevOps team for Digitaal Politie Contact. You will be responsible for software design, implementing best practices, and coaching colleagues. You work with Angular and Java, and contribute to CI/CD and monitoring.

• Software design, implement best practices, apply modern design principles and patterns
• Be the technical conscience of the DevOps team
• Share knowledge, create coding guidelines, coach colleagues
• Collaborate with solution architect and product owner to control technical debt
• Design software architecture for performance, scalability, flexibility
• Contribute to full software development process and operational management
• Work on Angular front-end and Java backend
• Responsible for developing and maintaining applications live
• Contribute to CI/CD setup and monitoring

• HBO (bachelor) work and thinking level
• At least 5 years experience as fullstack developer in Agile context
• Knowledge of Java, frameworks like Spring Boot or Quarkus
• Front-end technologies like Angular
• Experience with software architecture, design patterns and principles
• Coaching and guiding colleagues in DevOps team
• CI/CD setups on container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift) using Gitlab or Jenkins, ArgoCD and Helm
• Unit testing and API testing
• Preferably experience with ELK stack, Kafka, Oracle databases and/or PostgreSQL

• 36 uur per week (32 bespreekbaar)
• Bruto maandsalaris €4.422 - €6.490 (schaal 11 Bbp)
