SAP WM Subject Matter Expert

A global pharma group seeks a SAP WM Subject Matter Expert to own their warehouse management landscape, optimize processes, lead site rollouts, and coordinate support partners during a transition to S/4HANA.

• Lead SAP WM: Design, configure, and optimize warehouse processes (picking/putaway, stock transfers, physical inventory)
• Manage Support: Act as the 2nd-level owner, coordinate with external 3rd-level support partners to resolve complex issues
• Drive Projects: Lead full-lifecycle rollouts and system enhancements using Jira and SolMan
• Support the Business: Build and mentor a global community of SAP Key Users
• Ensure all warehouse movements and processes comply with strict GxP and validation (CSV) standards

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP WM experience, with at least one full lifecycle implementation
• Experience in a regulated GxP environment (Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices is highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse structures, RF scanning, and Logistics Execution
• SAP EWM or S/4HANA is a big plus
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Fluent English
