The role will focus on programme coordination, governance, status tracking, follow-ups, dependencies, risks, decisions and business readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Transformation Lead in the day-to-day execution of the programme.
  • Translate agreed priorities into clear plans, actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Maintain a strong programme rhythm, including status meetings, governance forums and SteerCo preparation.
  • Proactively follow up with workstream owners and ensure that agreed actions are completed.
  • Track progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
  • Own and maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs and programme plans.

  • Prepare concise reporting and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across functions, countries and programme workstreams.
  • Support business readiness, communication, transition and organisational change activities.
  • Ensure transparency of priorities, responsibilities and dependencies across the programme.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of programme governance, RAID management, dependency tracking, action tracking and executive reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams without direct authority.
  • Hands-on and delivery-focused approach, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to challenge constructively, follow up persistently and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, including confidence in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Availability for an approximately six-month, full-time engagement.
  • Candidates must be based in the EU or the UK.

Benefits

  • Contract type: B2B.
  • Capacity: full-time.
  • Duration: approximately six months.
  • Start: as soon as possible or to be agreed.
  • International working environment.
