Lead Software Engineer – Rust

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in Rust to take technical ownership of high-volume, distributed systems supporting critical processes. This is a hands-on leadership role combining software architecture and development with technical guidance and mentoring of a small engineering team.
