Software Engineer

Omnea is reinventing enterprise procurement with an AI-native platform. We are looking for product-minded software engineers to build high-quality features and systems using modern technology (TypeScript, React, Postgres, AWS serverless) owning meaningful problem spaces end-to-end.

• Help shape key product decisions, including roadmap prioritisation, project scoping, technical direction, user experience, and implementation strategy.
• Own projects from initial idea through design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Work across the stack (full-stack) and be trusted to make decisions that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Deploy small, incremental changes to production multiple times per day.
• Help scale systems, architecture, and engineering practices while maintaining performance, reliability, and developer velocity.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their problems, gather feedback, and ensure building products that create genuine value.

• Experienced with building web apps, having designed and implemented features from start to finish, full-stack, using TypeScript and ideally AWS serverless.
• Motivated by impact.
• Knows what exceptional looks like (quality, redundancy, long-term maintainability).
• Ready to get a lot done (comfortable moving across the stack).
