Devops (Azure)

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to develop and scale cloud-based infrastructure, providing reliable DevOps platforms and tooling. The role involves working with Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform to support multiple healthcare-related development teams.

• Produce high-quality, reusable, and modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud platforms across environments (Azure)
• Support and enable multiple development teams by maintaining DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud environments
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Architects, and QA engineers to ensure smooth delivery processes
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving DevOps practices and standards
• Contribute to environment standardization and infrastructure reuse (modules, templates, stacks)

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a DevOps / Platform Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (IaC): state management, modules, backend configuration
• Solid experience with Kubernetes (production environments): troubleshooting, pod lifecycle, probes
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is a must, AWS is a plus)
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
• Understanding of infrastructure design principles: environment separation, reusable components, modularization
• Experience working in collaborative environments (pair/mob programming)
• Experience with Terragrunt or advanced Terraform structuring approaches
• Basic understanding of LLM integration or cloud-based AI services
