Network Engineer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our IT Services & Operations Team. You will implement and maintain firewall infrastructures, deploy switches and access points, and provide technical consulting and support for secure network environments.

• Implement, maintain and expand firewall infrastructures using Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSASE)
• Deployment and support of switches and access points (Unifi, Cisco Meraki, Fortinet)
• Advise customers on network architecture and implement tailored solutions
• Independently resolve complex technical issues using our ticket system
• Handle basic Azure Networking (vNETs, Virtual Network Gateways)
• Maintain network documentation using tools like Confluence, Jira and ITSM

• Degree in Information Technology (Bachelor/Master) or completed vocational training in IT (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience in network engineering and firewall management
• In-depth knowledge of Fortinet solutions: FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSASE
• Familiar with switching concepts and technologies (Cisco Meraki, Aruba)
• Skilled in operating and configuring access points (Fortinet, Unifi, Aruba)
• Understanding of basic Azure networking architecture
• Strong communication, solution-oriented mindset and team spirit
• Excellent German, Polish and English skills, both spoken and written
