Software Engineer (£75k-£100k + Equity) at Rentmigo

Rentmigo.co.uk is a seed-stage PropTech startup democratizing access to finance for UK renters. As the third engineer, you will take extreme ownership of a modern TypeScript stack and build features end-to-end using Next.js App Router and Server Actions.

• Own features from initial conception to production deployment, making critical technical decisions and shipping code directly to real users.
• Develop and scale our core platform using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.
• Maintain a high bar for quality by implementing comprehensive testing suites with Playwright and Vitest while automating workflows via GitHub Actions.

• At least 3 years of professional experience with a deep, production-level understanding of Next.js App Router (13.4+) and Server Components.
• Full-stack fluency in TypeScript across the React and Node.js ecosystem, with hands-on experience using Drizzle ORM and PostgreSQL.
• A testing-first mindset with experience in fast-moving startup environments where you value shipping value over rigid, slow corporate processes.
