Senior ETL Engineer

Cyclad is seeking an experienced ETL Engineer to maintain and optimize existing logical models using OLAP cubes, SSIS, and SQL. The role involves designing data pipelines, creating reports, and collaborating with stakeholders. The position is fully remote from Poland with a long-term contract.

• Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines using the SSIS platform, MDX, SQL, and OLAP cubes
• Create and maintain semantic models and analytical datasets
• Develop interactive reports based on business requirements
• Optimize existing data models to ensure performance, scalability, and data accuracy
• Analyze business requirements and investigate root causes of data-related issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Maintain and update technical documentation, data models, and solution designs

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in BI/data/SQL programming
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and OLAP cubes
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server)
• Practical experience with MDX optimization techniques
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience with Power BI, Fabric, Azure Synapse/Azure Data Lake is a plus
• Experience in consulting or working with clients is a plus
• Ability to understand business needs and propose effective technical solutions
• Good knowledge of Polish and English
