FERCHAU GmbH is looking for a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) to handle IT-related questions in hardware and software, install and configure systems, and provide first and second level support. The role is suitable for career starters.

• Handling all IT-related questions in hardware and software
• Installation and configuration of software, hardware, and networks
• Planning and implementation of new hardware and software systems and their applications
• Monitoring, maintenance of systems and troubleshooting
• First and second level support for technical or application problems

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, IT system electronics technician, or comparable qualification
• Experience in server administration and knowledge of server infrastructures and common network technologies (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, VMware)
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems is advantageous
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
• Openness and sociability
• Good German and English skills
