Full-stack Software Engineer (Fully remote - New Grads Ok - Up to $200k)

Full-stack Software Engineer at matcha.fm. Fully remote position, owning the full stack from data processing to UI. The role involves leading product direction, applying AI, and iterating fast. Open to new grads. Compensation up to $200k.

• Own the full stack from data processing and ingestion to core logic, UI etc.
• Lead product direction and roadmap based on customer feedback and needs
• Applied AI effectively to real world use cases
• Use data to understand what works, iterate quickly, and double down on wins
• Iterate fast and ship with good velocity

• Proven track record of owning products end to end and shipping with good velocity
• We are stack agnostic as long as you are good at any of these stacks and you are open to pick up our stack (Typescript, React)
• Experience in any of these stacks good (Rails, Elixir, Go etc..)
• Hands on AI experience
• You can work in ambiguous situation and move forward
• Have worked remotely in the past
• Good product Intuition
• Any level of experience (New Grads Ok)
