Fullstack Software Engineer, ADK

Pelico's platform helps manufacturers anticipate and respond to supply chain disruptions. You would be a founding engineer building a new agentic orchestration platform, working hands-on with flagship manufacturers to deploy autonomous agents.

• Ship agent capabilities end to end, building features from tool/MCP and orchestration backend through to the React console
• Harden the runtime with durable execution, retries, scheduling, and human-in-the-loop approvals
• Make agents trustworthy by growing the eval harness (scenario evals, LLM-as-judge) to catch regressions
• Build a real-time console streaming agent events, tool calls, and approvals
• Set a craft bar by writing specs, keeping frontend/backend contracts honest, and leaving reusable patterns

• Excellent engineering skills with proven ability to ship real features full-stack across a Python backend and React frontend
• Hungry and driven, wanting a hard problem to own
• Rigorous with non-deterministic systems, spec and eval before shipping
• AI-native and curious, understanding agent frameworks, tools, and evals
• Calm in fast-moving ambiguity
• Nice to have: real AI/agent product experience (MCP, agent frameworks, evals); durable workflow engines (e.g. Temporal); streaming UIs; observability (OpenTelemetry); spec-driven development; multi-tenant SaaS; or aerospace/defense/discrete-manufacturing context
