BI Analyst

We are a fast-growing product iGaming holding operating multiple brands across international markets. The Analytics Department delivers reliable data and actionable insights. We are looking for a BI Analyst to help develop reporting infrastructure and support business growth through data.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI
• Build and optimize SQL queries for large datasets
• Analyze product and marketing performance
• Monitor key business metrics such as Traffic Quality, Retention, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data
• Improve reporting quality and automate manual reports
• Ensure data consistency and maintain reporting standards
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and other business teams

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst
• Strong SQL skills (JOINs, CTEs, Window Functions, Subqueries)
• Experience with Power BI and DAX
• Experience building dashboards and reports
• Understanding of product or marketing analytics
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• English (B1–B2)
• Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling (nice to have)
• Python or R (nice to have)
• Advanced DAX (nice to have)
• Cohort analysis and RFM segmentation (nice to have)
• Experience working with DWH teams (nice to have)
• Experience analyzing affiliate or acquisition traffic (nice to have)
