About the Position

Elfsquad is seeking a Product Engineer (full-stack) to design and build scalable logic engines for configuration and pricing, integrating AI/ML outputs, and building high-performance APIs. The role involves working with .NET/C#, React/Angular, and AI agentic systems to shape how AI fits into the SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and building scalable logic engines for configuration and pricing
  • Developing rule-based and event-driven systems that handle complex dependencies
  • Integrating AI and ML outputs into a real product (not just experiments)
  • Shape how AI fits into our SDLC: from writing and reviewing code to automating the repetitive tasks
  • Building high-performance APIs used by both internal teams and external partners
  • Improving architecture toward modularity, scalability, and long-term flexibility
  • Collaborate closely with product, customers, and other engineers; scope your work, keep people in the loop, and drive things to completion

Requirements

  • Experience in full-stack development with .NET C# or strong OOP language background
  • Frontend: React and/or Angular + TypeScript
  • Fully embrace AI; use AI in the SDLC and understand its pros and cons
  • Can pick up work in both new and legacy code
  • Move fast while still caring about code quality, security and safe shipping
  • Want to stay and grow with a team and a product over the long term
  • Nice to have: built and deployed own agents or dev-tooling
  • Nice to have: experience with complex domain logic (pricing, configuration, rules engines)
  • Nice to have: worked directly with end-users / customers

Benefits

  • Good salary based upon knowledge and experience
  • Resources: all tools needed, including a MacBook from day one
  • Hybrid set-up with offices in Netherlands, Gdansk, and Germany
  • Work from home possibility
  • Quarterly meetings in different cities
