Software Engineer II, Promo Cart - Quick Commerce

Delivery Hero is the world's pioneering local delivery platform, operating in around 65 countries. The Quick Commerce Promo Cart team is seeking a Software Engineer II to build scalable technology for non-food offerings and drive revenue growth.

• Build next-generation platform to sell food, grocery items and more
• Define software architecture and communicate effectively with engineers, product managers, partners, leaders
• Build reliable, scalable systems with high concurrency
• Build global systems used by thousands of people and constantly drive for excellence

• 3+ years of experience in large-scale applications
• 3+ years of experience in working with agile methodologies
• Golang expert in the context of distributed systems and services, with at least 1 year of experience
• Experience in cloud platform hosting via AWS / GCP as well via Terraform / Cloud Formation/Helm
• High code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
• Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of them beyond deployment
