Founding Engineer at Kantrip

Kantrip is a pre-seed, VC-backed London startup building an AI-native game engine. As the first engineer, you will architect the core engine and agentic pipeline, working directly with the founders.

• Design and build the core engine and agentic pipeline for AI-generated games
• Collaborate daily with the founder on architectural tradeoffs
• Establish an engineering culture prioritizing speed, performance, and AI-native workflow

• 1-4 years of experience, ideally from a top-tier CS program or respected engineering team
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Experience with React Native is a significant advantage
• AI-native developer who integrates tools like Cursor and Claude into daily workflow
