Junior Project Manager (olx)

Netpeak is a marketing agency seeking a Junior Project Manager & Account Assistant for the OLX project. The role involves supporting project management, account administration, and documentation for a large international client.

• Participate in all client calls and meetings alongside the PM, take detailed follow-up notes in English and Ukrainian.
• Set tasks for the team based on client agreements and monitor deadlines.
• Interact with lawyers to prepare new contracts and additional agreements.
• Prepare data for invoices and acts of completed work, ensure client receipt and signing.

• English proficiency at B2+ level (spoken and written).
• Confident use of Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets.
• Ability to structure documents, reduce excess, make them readable.
• Skill in creating high-quality follow-ups highlighting key agreements, tasks, responsible parties, and details.
• Literate writing without spelling and punctuation errors.
• Experience with task trackers/CRM.
• Responsibility and ability to work with financial documents (invoices, payments).
• Ability to quickly switch between legal/accounting documents and technical project tasks.
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, multitasking.

• Flexible work schedule starting between 8:00-10:00 and ending 17:00-19:00.
• Option to work fully remote or from offices in Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, or Cherkasy.
