Full Stack Developer

Plinth.org.uk is a London-based platform for charitable funding. The role involves building a comprehensive platform used by 1,500+ charities to manage grants, safeguarding, and reporting, working in a high-autonomy team of 15, owning features from ideation to production.

• Write clean, scalable TypeScript code across full stack using React and Node.js
• Architect and build new features like grant management systems, AI impact reporting, and safeguarding tools from concept to production
• Build sophisticated migration tools to help charities transition from manual spreadsheets and legacy systems

• Multiple years of experience shipping production code and managing complex systems
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Additional experience in Node.js and Elasticsearch considered a significant advantage
• Mission-driven individual with experience or deep interest in charity/non-profit sector
