Frontend Developer Growth Accelerator

Rabobank seeks a Frontend Developer for its Growth Accelerator team to build innovative digital customer experiences in the Rabo App. The role involves delivering navigation, profiles, and core feature functionalities while collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.

• Deliver essential functionalities for navigation, profiles, and core experience features in the Rabo App
• Maintain robust, consistent navigation architecture and baseline app experience
• Conduct discovery to sharpen customer needs and constraints
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure navigation and conversational interfaces reinforce each other
• Work in a cross-functional team with proposition managers, UX/UI designers, data analysts, developers, etc.
• Translate customer behavior data into scalable solutions with direct impact on customer experience

• Senior professional level with 5+ years developing complex software solutions in a platform environment
• Experience creating scalable, framework-agnostic solutions with vast knowledge of browser APIs
• Understanding of the UI layer and experience with design systems
• Thorough JavaScript and TypeScript knowledge
• Experience with Angular
• Experience creating or maintaining code used by other developers
• Experience working with a monorepo
• Experience with Snappyness engineering

• Gross monthly salary between € 5.030 and € 7.183 (scale 09)
