Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Developer

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Developer to join a project with a US-based client. Remote, California business hours, full-time B2B.

• Analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Creating technical design documentation, process diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Recommending and implementing solutions using out-of-the-box Microsoft 365 / SharePoint functionality.
• Developing user interfaces and custom solutions for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Troubleshooting issues across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft 365 services.

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with hands-on experience analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, REST API, PowerShell, JSON formatting, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Experience troubleshooting issues across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Practical experience with SharePoint migration tools, including ShareGate or similar solutions.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Ability to create technical design documentation, process diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Experience recommending and implementing solutions using out-of-the-box Microsoft 365 / SharePoint functionality where appropriate.
• Experience developing user interfaces and custom solutions for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Fluent English — both written and spoken.
