Senior DevOps Engineer (End-to-End Ownership)

Dripify is a remote-first IT product company specializing in outreach automation. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve AWS infrastructure end-to-end, focusing on reliability, security, and compliance, with a planned migration to Kubernetes.

• Collaborate closely with the other DevOps engineer on architectural decisions, bringing independent proposals and pushback, not just executing instructions
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform across multiple environments (dev/prod)
• Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, including self-hosted runners and deployment automation
• Drive day-to-day execution of our SOC 2 and ISO 27001:2022 compliance program — identify gaps, propose remediations, own evidence collection — in coordination with the team
• Contribute hands-on to planning and executing our migration from EC2/ECS to Kubernetes, working jointly with the team
• Monitor infrastructure health, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause fixes (not just patches)
• Manage RDS/PostgreSQL infrastructure, backups, and access controls
• Review infrastructure changes made by others and mentor team members on AWS/Terraform best practices
• Document architecture decisions and keep infrastructure runbooks up to date
• Support the development team with infrastructure-related requests (environment access, deployments, debugging infra-side issues)

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, RDS, ALB, IAM, Security Groups, ECS or equivalent container orchestration)
• Strong practical experience with Terraform (modules, remote state, multi-environment setups) — IaC is our default way of managing infrastructure
• Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining monitoring/observability stacks — Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK (Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana) or equivalent
• Solid Linux administration skills (systemd, networking, troubleshooting production issues)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) and automated deployment workflows
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, NAT, security groups/NACLs, DNS)
• Ability to read, debug, and safely modify existing infrastructure code without full rewrites
• Track record of owning significant pieces of production infrastructure and contributing to architectural decisions
• Ability to mentor other engineers and review infrastructure changes for correctness and security
• Strong ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and clear communication
• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher (written and spoken)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed) — we are planning a migration from EC2/ECS to Kubernetes, so prior k8s experience is a strong plus
• Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks) or willingness to learn and apply them
• Experience with PostgreSQL administration/RDS
• Experience with Cloudflare (DNS, WAF) or similar CDN/edge providers
