Middle Salesforce Developer

Noltic is looking for a Middle Salesforce Developer to work on innovative Salesforce solutions, partnering with clients to deliver meaningful results.

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on product and business requirements;
• Develop and customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, and platform tools;
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers;
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for improving solutions;
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide technical expertise;
• Work with additional technologies and tools when required by project needs;
• Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge with the team.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development;
• Strong experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
• Good understanding of HTTP, JavaScript, and related web technologies;
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, including: Apex Triggers and Classes; Formulas, Workflows, and Approval Processes; Custom Objects and Fields; Sharing Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Permission Sets; Reports and Dashboards;
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using Salesforce APIs;
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Analytical and algorithmic thinking;
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and solve complex technical problems;
• Proactive mindset with a “can-do, will-do” attitude
