Software Engineer - Back End (Fulltime)

Boonmee Lab is building a SaaS platform to enhance customer satisfaction for online digital businesses by integrating all chat channels. They are seeking a Back End Software Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of server-side APIs and services.

• Develop server-side APIs and services using appropriate tools and system structures
• Design databases considering scalability, security, and performance
• Write high-quality, readable, documented, and testable code; perform code reviews
• Analyze and resolve system issues quickly
• Optimize system performance for smooth and fast operation
• Collaborate with the team to design programs and system structures to meet product needs
• Mentor and guide team members for continuous development
• Suggest and improve internal and external systems for efficiency and happiness

• Experience in web application development
• Understanding of OOP, data structures, and databases
• Experience with Node.js using JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with SQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• 0-6 years of experience in related field
• Curiosity, continuous learning, good communication, and empathy
• Bonus: Experience with Elasticsearch, Kafka, Docker, Nginx
• Bonus: Experience with AWS, GCP, serverless
• Bonus: Experience with server-side WebSocket or real-time applications
