Lead (AI) Application Engineer

As a Lead Application Engineer at Blue Harvest, you bridge the gap between enterprise engineering and AI, designing applications for financial clients. You will lead projects, mentor engineers, and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

• Architect and implement backend (or fullstack) solutions integrating AI models and services.
• Build and orchestrate microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Lead by example: write clean, testable code and mentor engineers across the team.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing.

• Strong experience in backend engineering (Java) and familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Deep knowledge of API design (REST/gRPC/GraphQL) and cloud-native patterns (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Hands-on with integrating LLMs and building RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices.
