Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team and help us build, scale, and optimize modern cloud-native infrastructure. In this role, you’ll work extensively with AWS, serverless architectures, Terraform, and CI/CD automation, helping ensure our systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and highly performant.

• Lead the migration of existing CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions
• Review and refactor current Jenkins pipelines to ensure efficient and maintainable GitHub workflows
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal delivery risk
• Define and promote DevOps standards, documentation, and reusable templates
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve pipeline performance and reliability
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, and VPC networking
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles, including Terraform modules, state management, and multi-environment deployments
• Proven experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline automation, including Jenkinsfiles, shared libraries, and plugins
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with Git-based workflows and modern CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and infrastructure best practices
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS Lambdas and networking, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with secrets management and security best practices for CI/CD
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
