The role involves managing and developing school IT systems and network infrastructure. The position offers a variety of tasks with creative freedom and competitive pay according to TVöD.

• Supervision and further development of school IT
• System and network administration
• IT support for users
• Participation in project and process management
• Management of external service providers
• Support in procurement, award, and funding procedures for school digitalization

• Completed relevant IT training, IT degree or equivalent qualification
• Solid knowledge in administration of IT systems and network infrastructures
• Knowledge in administration of servers, clients, and WLAN
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Knowledge in virtualization, Active Directory, firewall, backup/recovery, patch management, and MDM or endpoint management
• Experience in IT project management and process management
• Knowledge in data protection and basic knowledge in procurement and contract law
• Knowledge in planning and managing IT budgets
• Experience in school IT or school digitalization
