Mid-Level Full Stack Developer - RO121

Karia is redefining the novated leasing industry with an all-in-one management ecosystem. They are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to build their platform from scratch and work on both front-end and back-end development.

• Develop and implement front-end and back-end components of our SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with industry experts to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate and manage transactions and payments systems within the platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our development processes.
• Work closely with the product team to prioritise features and enhancements.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) and frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Ruby on Rails).
• Experience with transactions and payments systems integration.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with database management and optimisation.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and gain deep industry expertise in a short timeframe.
• Experience in Fintech, payments, novated leasing, fleet management is a plus.
