AWS Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Engineer to join our global engineering team and build scalable data solutions for connected consumer devices. The role involves designing and developing cloud-native data pipelines on AWS using Python and Terraform.

• Design and develop cloud-native data pipelines and services on AWS.
• Build data ingestion and transformation solutions using Python.
• Manage infrastructure with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Work with S3, Lambda, Glue, Kinesis, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS.
• Design data models and storage solutions for SQL and NoSQL workloads.
• Ensure reliability, performance, data quality, and scalability of production systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Glue, Kinesis, ECS/EKS) and data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Terraform, relational databases, and DynamoDB.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and microservices.
• Experience supporting production cloud systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IoT, AWS IoT Core, MQTT, or connected devices.
• Knowledge of Kinesis, Kafka, or other streaming technologies.
• Experience with serverless architectures and CI/CD.
• Node.js experience.
