AI-Forward UX Designer

This role sits at the intersection of user experience design, product thinking, and artificial intelligence, offering the opportunity to reshape how digital products are designed in an AI-first environment.

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes across client projects, from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and final design handoff
• Use AI-powered tools such as generative design platforms and Figma AI features to rapidly produce UI mockups, prototypes, and design assets
• Conduct and synthesize user research using AI-assisted methods to extract insights from interviews, surveys, and behavioral data
• Apply design thinking and product thinking frameworks to define user problems, map journeys, and validate solutions with stakeholders
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and documentation to ensure consistency across projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clients to translate requirements into user-centered experiences
• Present design concepts and rationale, clearly communicating how AI-driven workflows improve efficiency and output quality
• Contribute to evolving internal design methodologies and champion AI-first design practices across the organization

• 3-7+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered digital product design
• Proven hands-on experience using AI tools in daily design workflows, including prototyping, research analysis, or content generation
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-enabled plugins and design acceleration features
• Strong understanding of design thinking, product thinking, and human-centered design principles
• Experience working in agency, consultancy, or multi-client environments with adaptability across industries
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading client-facing workshops or design reviews
