Software Engineer, Product

Pave is building a compensation platform combining real-time compensation data with AI/ML. Product engineers build core workflows and features for compensation management. They work closely with Product and Design to ship features used by companies like OpenAI and Databricks.

• Build the core workflows and experiences that power how companies plan, execute, and communicate all aspects of compensation
• Contribute to projects and build features at the forefront of compensation intelligence
• Work closely with Product and Design to ship features used daily by compensation teams
• Move fast, iterate based on direct customer feedback, and own work end-to-end

• 2+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience
• Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience building data-intensive applications
• Solid product instincts - think about the customer's problem first
• Comfort working in ambiguity - take rough problem statement to shipped feature
• Collaborative style - work well with PMs, designers, and other engineers
• Execution-driven mindset - bias toward shipping and iterating
