Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Full-stack software engineer role in a startup environment, driving product development and shaping technical direction as one of the first three team members. Working closely with founders, building reliable architecture with modern tech stack, and shipping features end-to-end.

• Develop concepts, iterate, and implement based on customer feedback
• Own complete features end-to-end across the entire stack
• Build reliable, extensible architecture with modern tech stack
• Play a key role in delivering new features to customers
• Shape the product and technical direction as one of the first three software team members

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Django, Python, Docker
• Experience shipping products/features in a fast-paced environment
• Self-efficacy and ownership: manage workstreams and responsibilities effectively and proactively
• Truly full-stack: proficient in backend and frontend and deploying on cloud services
• Comfortable in a startup environment: embrace uncertainty and experimentation
• Clear communication in writing and speech with customers and team
• AI-first developer experience: utilize AI tools to accelerate and improve workflows
