Middle/Senior FullStack Engineer (React + Java)

Softsich is an international product tech company that develops scalable digital B2B solutions. They are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong Java backend experience and solid frontend experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript to join their product development team.

• Develop new features and maintain existing services.
• Design and implement REST APIs.
• Build and improve frontend functionality using React.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Integrate internal and external systems.
• Optimize performance and improve code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Analyze and fix defects.
• Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and product teams.

• Commercial experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java Core and OOP principles.
• Experience with Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB or Amazon DocumentDB.
• Understanding of REST API design principles.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SSR frameworks such as Remix or Next.js.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with Shadcn/UI, Radix UI, or similar component libraries.
• Experience with i18n and multilingual applications, preferably i18next or react-i18next.
• Experience with forms and validation using React Hook Form and Yup or similar tools.
• Experience with modern React patterns: hooks, component composition, state management.
• Understanding of REST API integration on the frontend.
• Experience working with forms, validation, tables, filters, modals, and user-facing business flows.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of responsive layout and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Git and GitLab-based development workflows: merge requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Clear communication and willingness to participate in technical discussions.
• Ability to analyze problems, suggest solutions, and take ownership of tasks.
• Product-oriented mindset and attention to code quality.
