React Developer

Hiring a React Developer for a Haystack partner to design full-stack architectures for geospatial solutions, take technical lead, and implement technical requirements.

• Design full-stack architectures for modern geospatial solutions
• Take technical lead in customer projects
• Combine technical expertise with a focus on quality and agile development processes
• Lead a project team, including task prioritization and coaching on modern frontend technologies
• Act as the central contact person for clients, ensuring transparent communication
• Implement technical requirements from analysis to quality assurance and develop Proof of Concepts

• At least 5 years of practical experience with React 19 and TypeScript (strict), ideally in large, complex web applications
• Proficient in using Tailwind CSS in combination with shadcn/ui (Radix UI)
• Solid understanding of state management with clear separation of server-state vs. client-state
• Experience with Vite as a build tool and testing with Vitest and Testing Library
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience in technical decision-making and guiding development teams
