Resident Solutions Architect

Capgemini Engineering is looking for an experienced Resident Solutions Architect to design and support scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions using Databricks and modern cloud platforms. The role involves architecture guidance, hands-on technical leadership, and advising on cloud, DevOps, MLOps, security, and governance best practices.

• Design scalable Databricks-based data and analytics solutions
• Provide architecture guidance and hands-on technical leadership
• Support production deployments, performance optimization, and platform scalability
• Advise delivery teams on cloud, DevOps, MLOps, security, and governance best practices

• 10+ years of consulting experience, including 7+ years in Data Engineering and Analytics
• 6+ Databricks projects delivered with hands-on development experience
• Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification
• Strong expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark, and Python
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (deep expertise in at least one)
• Performance and scalability optimization
• CI/CD and MLOps knowledge, DevOps tools and practices
• Nice to have: Additional Databricks certifications
• Nice to have: ETL/ELT and Delta Lake
• Nice to have: Big Data, Lakehouse, and Streaming architectures
• Nice to have: Security & Data Governance
