Senior Full Stack (Python+React) Engineer IRC295950

The Digital Health organization is a technology team focused on next-generation Digital Health capabilities. This role will operate within the Digital Health Applications & Interoperability subgroup, focusing on patient engagement, care coordination, and advanced technologies that enhance product portfolios.

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions
• Build and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and AWS-based microservices
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and best user experience
• Participate in system design, deployment, and releases
• Identify and resolve performance and functionality issues
• Write clean, testable code and participate in debugging and optimization
• Contribute to technical documentation and system specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Strong experience with Python backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST)
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and React.js
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and modern front-end tooling (e.g., Webpack)
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or DynamoDB)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront)
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus)
